By accessing or using FitFlowUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your credentials.

3. Gym Management Responsibility

Gym Owners are solely responsible for the data of their members. FitFlowUp acts as a service provider (Processor) and is not liable for disputes between Gym Owners and their respective clients.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) Use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) Attempt to hack or disrupt the service; (c) Scrape or collect user data without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

FitFlowUp is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. In no event shall FitFlowUp be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
